The tools on the left side of the panel are have been simply rearranged and the tools on the right side of the panel are new to the Creative Cloud version of Photoshop and CS6. The tools look like the basic ones that you have used before, but they have been upgraded to match the Creative Cloud’s software. The tools gather in the upper left corner, just as they did in previous versions.
Finally Something TLDR!
The new UI needs to be adapted to the more mobile market and be less confusing. Again, it’s so easy to get lost and miss something, being able to save such a query is crucial to the workflow.
I’m looking forward to using it once the final product becomes available. The MLUI is far less intuitive than PS.
Also, it has a few issues with performance.
Another thing that is not just about the UI is the update and integration of Photoshop CS.

I can’t wait for the final product. Can’t go back to PS for more than a night. The new progress with PS is redesigning based on a new platform and a new UI is simply a step in that direction.
PS is now a10/100 numeric plus bonus! I feel sorry for PS users the day LR squanders its reputation by starting its own UI.
