When hired assassins murdered half the Sand People village Tashii Tula on Dromund Kaas, Solo volunteered to go speak with the rest and divert Imperial attention from the colony. Solo found their whereabouts when she received a signal from an ally within the Imperial Remnant to meet at a place called Triple Blues, where she found that fellow recruit Twila Portin mistaken for the Imperial Intelligence agent she was supposed to be protecting. She tracked her down and, with the aid of the Sand People, managed to discover the location of the assassins and, from there, needed to secure the aid of Imperial Intelligence to rescue Portin. Because of the nature of their mission, Solo and Tatooine Governor Sivarix sought Fel to take command of Tusaar, given his experience in planning operations, and her father was privately opposed to Solo volunteering for the mission, as she would be leaving him unprotected.[44] So when the planet was attacked by a group of terrorists, she was held prisoner to lure Imperial forces off of Dromund Kaas, which her father prepared a feint to show the Empire, as she believed she could escape unseen. The attack on the Axis stronghold succeeded, and Fel and the remaining 301 conscripts voted for their surrender, with the result that Tusaar became the last Imperial Remnant colony as Imperial attention turned to the rebellion on Korriban and the Outer Rim.[11][20]

After the war, Jagged Fel began a career as an adventurer, basing himself on Nar Shaddaa, the city of his birth and the location of his the original Twi’lek crash landing. In the wake of the Clone Wars, he became a successful gambler whom most people cared little about. In 223 ABY, Fel crossed paths once again with his future sister, Solo.[23][25]
